About the fishing cabin
This fishing lodge overlooks the harbor and offers lots of comfort, including a fully equipped kitchen (with dish washer), dining area, lounge corner, 2 bedrooms with double bed and a bathroom with washing machine.
Our boats have the highest standards possible, both when it comes to fishing comfort as well as to safety. We offer 1 2013 Dolmoy 230 Fisherman (up to 4 persons) with 60 HP outboard and 4 Smartliner 23 Fisher (up tp 5 persons) with 115 HP. All boats come with echo sounder, map plotter and life jackets
About the fishing
By choosing our fishing lodge in the Lofoten, you make a safe bet. This area is known for the abundance of fish. Wolffish, cod, cusk, pollock and redfish can be caught all year. When you want to catch the cod at their top weight, we highly recommend to book a fishing trip between January and the end of April when the massive Skrei arrive to spawn in our coastal waters. You bait basically can not be large enough during this period. The abundance of (super) large skrei is the reason that the World Championships Skrei Fishing are held here ever since 1991, during the month of March. So make sure to book in advance to avoid disappointment!
Halibut is a fish that more and more anglers want to catch. And we are proud to say that we have one of the best destinations when it comes to halibut fishing. Especially the flats along ledges to deeper water produce good halibut catches. You can use both a dead baitfish and large soft baits to target these impressive fish.
